Hello, I am Melissa J Ashley, also known as "Missy".

I have been working in the insurance field since 2005.  Beginning my career with State Farm, then transitioning to New York Life Insurance for over eight years.  In 2012, I decided to become a broker and work independently with several different companies.  This gave me the opportunity too offer my clients the best prices and options by not being a captive agent anymore.

I have been an authorized agent with the health insurance marketplace since October 1, 2013.

I like to Specialize in Health Insurance and Life Insurance and enjoy helping individuals and families with getting the insurance coverage they need.

The ACA Marketplace "On-Exchange" plans are different for every family and situation. 

These plans use your tax credits to bring down the monthly premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket amounts.  The rates are calculated by the family's household income, how many people are in the household and what ages the family members are.

If the marketplace isn't the right fit, there sometimes a few other options we can help with, such as short term medical and or other  "Off-Exchange" health plans available.

I also have a lot of experience with Life Insurance as well. 

We offer term insurance for young families needing to secure a larger amount of insurance at low prices, to pay off a large amounts of debt to keep their family members living in the same life style they are accustom too.  Just in case,  if something God Forbidden where to happen to you, they could still survive and not lose the house, cars and other assets you've worked so hard to keep them in.

There are also some Permanent Insurance options that you can get for lifetime.  Some of these life policies even offer a 100% percent back, cash out option, if you decide you don't need the policy anymore on the 20th or 25th Anniversary, they will pay back all of the premiums you put into the policy and another great thing about this is that it is tax free when you pull it out too.
